Debra L Rozier has been in the E-Discovery Technology profession for over 23 years. She has a unique vantage point that comes from three distinct areas of work experience: corporate law department, law firm, and eDiscovery service provider. Debra’s collective experience naturally progressed into a fourth distinction; establishing the launch of a pure E-Discovery technology company. 


Prior to founding Inovitech, Debra held several executive level positions. Her professional experience has cultivated product innovation and strategic solutions to reduce costs through measured and continuous process improvement. She has an instinctive dynamic entrepreneurial spirit, and it is through those years of experience, building workflow process, innovative products, and service offerings, that gave her the confidence to venture into entrepreneurship.


Debra achieved numerous awards over the years as it related to operational management for her innovative thought ideas, analytical and conceptual design skills and seamless implementation credits. She has also authored several industry-related articles. She earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of South Carolina in Spartanburg, S.C., and an associate's degree in communications and media arts from Niagara County Community College in Sanborn, N.Y., where she graduated with distinction.

Whitney Wilson

Training & Development Manager


Whitney Wilson is the Training & Development Manager at Inovitech, LLC. Her focus is to shape customer education programs, develop self-help training materials, conduct training and provide support to end-users.


Prior to Inovitech, Whitney was a Client Success Manager at Salsa Labs, where she supported non-profits in implementation, training, ongoing support, and strategic use of Salsa's software. Whitney was also involved in supporting Salsa's initiative to implement a more client-success-focused department.

Mike Empey

Mike Empey is Principal and Founder of JACKFINN, LLC, a leading finance and accounting consulting firm located in the Washington DC area established in 2010.  Mr. Empey has been a financial executive and management consultant for the last 14 years and specializes in financial projections and analysis, modeling, strategic positioning, development of management and business metrics, financial due diligence, and sell-side M&A support.

Joe R Flicek

  

Joseph R Flicek is President of Blake Technologies,  a New York Corporation established in 1994 that initiated and completed major technological and creative projects with major corporations, universities, cultural and governmental institutions  in the US and Europe.  Mr. Flicek specializes in pushing forward struggling or new start-up business opportunities by means of a systematic management approach to all phases of each business opportunity. This means benchmarking the industry leaders through direct interactions which in turn guides business model acceleration with potential customers, vendors and partners. 


Mr. Flicek also served as Director of New Ventures at Science & Technology Ventures at Columbia University from 1996-2001. The New Ventures office helped to start 46 companies; 41 of these collectively raised almost $1 billion in venture and public market financings and are still active. Columbia is the top university for patent licensing with average annual earnings of $150 million and over $1.5 billion since 1983.
